1. Lyon County (14-1): The Lyons suffered a loss to Owensboro Catholic in Week 6. But Lyon County remains the frontrunner in the 2nd Region. One of the top scorers in the state, freshman Travis Perry is averaging 27.4 points per game for the Lyons. Lyon County is slated to play Marshall County (Feb. 19, away) and Daviess County (Feb. 20 at Owensboro Sportscenter) in Week 7. 
 
2. Webster County (14-3): The Trojans claimed back-to-back wins in Week 6, defeating Dawson Springs and Whitesville Trinity. Destin Allen (17.2 ppg, 7.1 rpg) and Hunter McNaughton (14.6 ppg, 5.4 rpg) combine to pace the Trojans. Webster County has games scheduled against Henderson County (Feb. 18, away) and Greenwood (Feb. 20 at Ohio County) in Week 7. 
 
3. Madisonville-North Hopkins (5-3): The Maroons haven't been on the court for a game since suffering a loss to University Heights on February 6. Madisonville-North Hopkins has upcoming games scheduled versus Union County (Feb. 16, home), Dawson Springs (Feb. 18, home) and Murray (Feb. 20 at Marshall County). 
 
4. University Heights (4-6): The Blazers pulled away to beat Marshall County 75-61 in Week 6. University Heights has won three of its last four games. The Blazers have upcoming games scheduled versus Union County (Feb. 19, home) and Crittenden County (Feb. 20, away). 
 
5. Hopkinsville (2-2): The Tigers haven't played since January 26. However, Hopkinsville is scheduled to host Barren County (Feb. 19) and Christian County (Feb. 20) for upcoming home games. 
 
6. Henderson County (6-7): Returning to the win column, Henderson County defeated Evansville Bosse (Ind.) 63-58 in Week 6. The Colonels halted a five-game losing skid with the win. Henderson County has upcoming games scheduled against Male (Feb. 15, away) and Webster County (Feb. 18, home). 
 
7. Union County (9-6): The Braves are due back on the floor after being out of action in Week 6. Union County has won five of its last seven games. The Braves are scheduled to visit Madisonville-North Hopkins (Feb. 16), University Heights (Feb. 19) and Whitesville Trinity (Feb. 20) in Week 7. 
 
8. Christian County (0-4): The Colonels have been sidelined but are preparing to return to the court. Christian County is scheduled to visit Hopkinsville for its next game on Saturday, Feb. 20. 
 
9. Crittenden County (6-4): The Rockets were playing well prior to being sidelined earlier in the month. Crittenden County has won five of its last six games. The Rockets are scheduled to host Trigg County (Feb. 19, home) and University Heights (Feb. 20, home) in Week 7. 
 
10. Caldwell County (3-10): The Tigers were sidelined throughout Week 6. Caldwell County has upcoming games scheduled against Dawson Springs (Feb. 15, away) and Hopkins County Central (Feb. 19, home).
 
11. Trigg County (4-5): The Wildcats have been out of action since late-January. Trigg County has upcoming games scheduled versus Livingston Central (Feb. 15, away), St. Mary (Feb. 16, home), Crittenden County (Feb. 19, away) and Fulton City (Feb. 20, away). 
 
12. Livingston Central (2-11): The Cardinals did not play in Week 6. However, Livingston Central is set to play Trigg County (Feb. 15, home), Todd County Central (Feb. 16, away), Graves County (Feb. 18 at Marshall County) and Mayfield (Feb. 20, home) in the week ahead. 
 
13. Hopkins County Central (0-4): The Storm have been sidelined since the first week of the month. Hopkins County Central is slated to face Caldwell County (Feb. 19, away) and Calloway County (Feb. 20, home) in Week 7. 
 
14. Dawson Springs (0-6): The Panthers dropped a game to Webster County in Week 6. Still looking to claim its first win in the 2020-21 boys' high school basketball season, Dawson Springs has upcoming games scheduled versus Caldwell County (Feb. 15, home), Madisonville-North Hopkins (Feb. 18, away) and Thomas Nelson (Feb. 20, home).
