1. Lyon County (10-0): Remaining the 2nd Region frontrunner, Lyon County claimed wins over Livingston Central, Trigg County and Henderson County in Week 4. Freshman Travis Perry is averaging 28.3 points per game for the Lyons. Along with Perry, Lyon County features Jackson Shoulders (15.7 ppg), Gunnar Bingham (10.2 ppg), Brady Shoulders (9.3 ppg) and Nick Whalin (8.2 ppg). The Lyons are scheduled to host Caldwell County (Feb. 2), Ballard Memorial (Feb. 6) and Apollo (Feb. 6) in Week 5. Lyon County is slated to face both Ballard Memorial and Apollo in the Lyon County Classic. 
 
2. Madisonville-North Hopkins (3-1): The Maroons have been sidelined since mid-January. Madisonville-North Hopkins is scheduled to meet Muhlenberg County (Feb. 4, away), Caldwell County (Feb. 5, home) and University Heights (Feb. 6, away) in Week 5. 
 
3. Webster County (10-2): The Trojans are carrying a six-game winning streak into Week 5 of the 2020-21 boys' high school basketball season.  Destin Allen (18.3 ppg) and Hunter McNaughton (14.9 ppg) form one of the top tandems in the region for the Trojans. In Week 4, Webster County notched wins over Hopkinsville, Caldwell County and Livingston Central. Webster County is scheduled to host both Union County (Feb. 2) and Henderson County (Feb. 5) in Week 5.
 
4. Hopkinsville (2-2): The Tigers dropped a game to perennial 3rd Region title contender Owensboro Catholic in Week 4. Owensboro Catholic held on to beat Hopkinsville 55-51 on Friday, Jan. 29. Hopkinsville is currently sidelined due to COVID. 
 
5. Henderson County (5-4): The Colonels defeated Meade County before dropping back-to-back games to Union County and Lyon County in Week 4. A balanced offensive effort features Gerard Thomas, Noah Curry and Eli Wilkes averaging double figures in scoring for the Colonels. Henderson County has games on tap versus Apollo (Feb. 2, home), Webster County (Feb. 5, away) and McCracken County (Feb. 6, home) in Week 5.
 
6. University Heights (2-5): After being sidelined due to COVID, University Heights returned strong, topping Owensboro Catholic 75-68 on Friday, Jan. 29. DJ Quarles, KJ Crump, Amani McGee and William Bryan are averaging double figures in scoring for the Blazers. University Heights has games scheduled versus Bowling Green (Feb. 1, home), Christian County (Feb. 5, away) and Madisonville-North Hopkins (Feb. 6, home) in Week 5.
 
7. Christian County (0-3): Following a lengthy wait to make its season debut, Christian County dropped games to Owensboro Catholic, Paducah Tilghman and McCracken County. The Colonels are scheduled to face Bowling Green (Feb. 2, away), University Heights (Feb. 5, home) in Week 5.
 
8. Union County (8-4): The Braves reeled off wins over Calloway County, Dawson Springs and Henderson County in Week 4. Kalib Kanipe (13.9 ppg), Izaiah Manuel (14.8 ppg) and Kristopher Hughes (10.2 ppg) are combing to lead the Braves. Union County is slated to face Webster County (Feb. 2, away), Livingston Central (Feb. 5, home) and Graves County (Feb. 6, away) in Wek 5.
 
9. Crittenden County (5-4): The Rockets notched wins over Trigg County and McLean County but dropped a game to Caldwell County in Week 4. Caldwell County edged Crittenden County 55-54. Four players - Gabe Mott, Preston Turley, Tyler Boone and Preston Morgeson are averaging double figures in scoring for the Rockets. Crittenden County is slated to face Hopkins County Central (Feb. 2, away), St. Mary (Feb. 5, home) and Paducah Tilghman (Feb. 6, home) in Week 5.  
 
10. Caldwell County (3-7): Splitting games in Week 5, Caldwell County suffered a one-point loss to Webster County before edging Crittenden County 55-54. Caldwell County is slated to visit Lyon County (Feb. 2), Madisonville-North Hopkins (Feb. 5) and Muhlenberg County (Feb. 6) in Week 5. 
 
11. Trigg County (4-5): The Wildcats dropped back-to-back games to Todd County Central and Crittenden County in Week 5. DeVon Ladd, Daeyontae Thompson and Jhaden Vaughen are averaging double figures in scoring for Trigg County, which is set to visit Livingston Central (Feb. 2) and Hopkins County Central (Feb. 5) in Week 5.
 
12. Livingston Central (2-7): Following back-to-back losses to Lyon County and Webster County, Livingston Central beat Ballard Memorial. Carlisle County (Feb. 1, home), Trigg County (Feb. 2, home) and Union County (Feb. 5, away) await Livingston Central as opponents in Week 5. 
 
13. Hopkins County Central (0-3): The Storm suffered a four-point loss to Whitesville Trinity in Week 4. Hopkins County Central is slated to host both Crittenden County (Feb. 2) and Trigg County (Feb. 5) before visiting Dawson Springs (Feb. 6). 
 
14. Dawson Springs (0-3): The Panthers dropped back-to-back games in Week 4, falling to Russellville and Union County. Dawson Springs has games scheduled versus Christian Fellowship (Feb. 1, away), St. Mary (Feb. 2, away), McLean County (Feb. 4, home) and Hopkins County Central (Feb. 6, home) in Week 5.
