I think you've mistaken his quote. He is fine with the all star game and supports it. His point was that if you are in this game, your team is out of the playoffs, thus one wouldn't want to aspire to be a participant. It has nothing to do with Trinity.

Any details on this game? Final Score, stats, etc. I didn't see anything in the newspaper or on television.

I noticed that on the west side roster their were several tightends listed but on the east side roster there were none! Can anybody explain why the tightends were left out of the allstar game for one side?
