Congratulations to the Georgetown College Women's basketball team for extending their best start in program history and going undefeated in non-conference play. They moved to 15-0 on the season Saturday afternoon with a 68-59 win over Martin Methodist.

On Saturday, January 5th, Georgetown will open Mid-South Conference play by hosting No. 5 Campbellsville. The Mid-South Conference is brutal with 3 teams ranked in the NAIA D1 top twenty, two of those ranked in the top ten. (Campbellsville, Shawnee State)

 

It will be interesting to see how much Georgetown can continue it's success through a nationally respected and competitive Mid-South.
