Hoptown played somewhat conservative after jumping to a 9-0 lead. They left points on the field with a fumble inside the 5 and another fumble inside the 20. Madisonville took a 13-9 lead going into the 4th and Hoptown put together a good drive and E.T. had the long TD run. E.T. was having hamstring problems all game long but in the 4th he stepped it up like you expect a senior to.

 

Survive and move on is what the playoffs are about and that's what Hoptown did. Not their best game but a win is a win. Hoptown WR Michael Atkinson back for this game. He hasn't played since the Union. He was a non-factor tonight but gives the offense a weapon at WR along with Loving.
