In this Lexington tussle, Tates Creek (8-2) is the clear favorite over Bryan Station (1-9). The Commodores are on a four game winning streak after defeating 4A Franklin County (5-5). Coach Antoine Sims' squad's two losses have come versus #15 Henry Clay (5-5) and 2A #1 Danville (10-0).

The Frank Sparks, Jr led Defenders have managed one victory this season. This was a 20-18 victory over the only 6A playoff non-qualifier Paul Laurence Dunbar (0-10). Tates Creek owns a 38-8 win over the Defenders and I expect a similar outcome this time around.
