Just got to this game due to having to do the PA for the NKU Volleyball match.

Interception by the Rockets!!!!

 

First play after the interception goes for an 83 yard touchdown run by Cody Mize....with the aid of GREAT downfield blocking by Shawn Childress.

 

The extra point kick was blocked.

 

Rockets now lead 28-0 with 9:09 left in the first half.

Touchdown Cougars.....65 yard touchdown pass from Brock to Tucker....HUGE breakdown in the Rocket defense.

 

Brock is sacked after a bad snap on the 2pt conversion.

 

With just over 7 minutes remaining in the half....it's now Rockcastle County 28 Letcher County Central 6.

Rockcastle County leads 35-6 at the half.

Touchdown Rockets....Izak McQueary completes the 36yd pass to Shawn Childress for the score. Rockcastle County got the ball deep into Cougar territory after a partially blocked punt.

 

The extra point is no good.

 

Rockets now lead 41-6 with 9:50 left in the third quarter.

 

 

Just got the word from the Jerry Pensol and Jason Coguer that there is a TORNADO WATCH for Lincoln County AND Casey County until 3am. Jason got the word from back in the studio from Kevin Roberts.
