Should the Kentucky All Star Game be Held in Louisville?

It looks to me that the attendance of this game has dropped over the years.

The game in Bowling Green is bringing back the numbers - but not to the glory years of yesterday - never will. If the game gets to the point that its too big for BG, than it may make sense to play in Louisville. Maybe be able to get more IN fans to come watch the game in KY.
