You knew that he wasn't gonna let too much grass grow under his feet before he found another coaching job. Not sure of what was going on back in the Hills of Harlan Co, but one thing is for sure Coach Larkey made it out of Harlan "alive" unlike what the song says. :sssh:

Curious to see what offensive philosophy Larkey takes.

 

I think people associate him with smashmouth football.... but Perry Central has always been a wide open spread. In addition, Larkey's best teams at Rockcastle actually were his teams that spread the field.

 

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if Larkey doesn't take advantage of the hand dealt and pass more in one year than all of his Harlan County years combined.
