I know all the elite talent is out of state but has anyone been to the Eddie Ford Hoopfest. Comments?

That tournament has really suffered in recent years.

Agree with the decreased attendance from the elite teams and total team entries in each age division. However, I did see some lower level D 1, couple of D 2, and a lot of NAIA coaches present. That part was a positive. Next week will bring the attention back to the Commonwealth and the city of Louisville.

I think this is good for the KY kids. With only a handful of major D1 kids and them out of town, it gives the lower level kids a chance to shine. I seen quite a few coaches there too. If the goal is to get to the next level and get it paid for. This was a good opportunity for those kids.
