Reidland travels to Lone Oak for the final meeting between these schools before next year's consolidation.

 

Reidland began the season with three wins (2 over Fulton County, and 1 over their other county rival Heath), but were beaten this past week soundly by Lake County (TN), 54-14. A win over the Flash would give Reidland the unofficial crown of 2012 McCracken County champions.

 

Under the leadership of freshman QB Zyaire Hughes, Lone Oak has blown out two opponents (Hopkinsville and Marshall County) and lost a heartbreaker to #7 5A Christian County, 42-41. Hughes has posted some eye-opening numbers since taking the helm. Hughes had seven rushes for 101 yards and two scores and also threw for 3 tds against Marshall County and he was 20 for 28, 340 yards, 2 tds against Christian County.
