Lone Oak is coming off a win against Hopkinsville in the Jerry Claiborne Bowl, 48-13 and Marshall County rolled over McLean County 56-7.

The Purple Flash have won the last three meetings against Marshall County (2009 55-0; 2010 29-6; 2011 26-0).

Marshall will be 6A District 1 rival to the consolidated McCracken County High School beginning in 2013.
