Hoskins was a 4-year starter at Middlesboro High School. He moved to the quarterback position as a junior after spending the previous two years at (I think) wide receiver. As a senior, he threw for 2170 yards and 21 TDs, and rushed for another 719 yards and 2 TDs.  He spent his first two years of college at EKU, but ended up at UPike, starting for 3 years at quarterback.
