Great win for Campbell County.
They are a cool, levelheaded group of young men.

Conner shots the lights out in this one.
They are quick, and the basket had to look like a swimming pool to the shooters. They were knocking down baskets from all over.
Kudos to the Cougars.- 2

Camels proved too much for the Polar Bears again tonight.

My boys, and I had a great day striper fishing at Lake Cumberland today.
We had our limit, (8 fish, our guide had 2 of them ) by 7:30am. We, however ended up catching a total of 14. When we hooked up on our 8th fish, we were in a big school. We had 9 lines out, and hooked up on 7 of them, trying to get them out of the water. Had one get off.
It was awesome, fast and furious.- 3

I have one here close to Visalia quite often.

Hard fought game.
Camels defense was on point tonight, forcing the Mustangs to take some questionable shots.
Go Camels

Also a big shoutout to Kason Jackson, and
Hunter Reinhart for quality minutes in this game.

Yes' date=' this was the first time to see the Camels this year and I came away impressed. They handled the Colonels pressure well. Gross is much improved; had a wonderful game. I will say if Bourbon had hit their free throws this might have had a different outcome.[/quote']
I’m not sure of Bourbons free throw stats, but Campbell didn’t set the world in fire.
19 of 30 for 63% from the charity line.

Nice win for the Camels, and they were down a starter.

54-50 Camels, end of 3.

We didn’t see a deer. I only heard 5 shots Saturday morning, and 1 Saturday evening.
Sunday, 1 shot in the AM, 0 shots on the evening. I would guess I normally hear 30-40 shots on early muzzle loader weekend.
Most everyone I’ve talked to saw nothing, or if they did, it was very small bucks.

Weather was better for hunting last weekend. Anybody drop a good deer?
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to hunt. I'm hoping to get out this weekend.
-
Anybody had any luck? If this heat keeps up, we can hunt in shorts and a shirtless orange vest!
I haven't been since opening weekend, too hot for me.
I'm planning on hitting it again this weekend.

Hopefully I can catch him in the right place at the right time.
WOW........
That’s a deer of a lifetime.
I think I’d be looking for some big oak trees full of acorns somewhere close.
Good luck, I’m cheering for you.

Got a few good pictures of a nice 14pt buck with 5 drop tines the middle of last week. Unfortunately, that's the only day he's shown up. I really wanted a crack at him over the weekend. I tried uploading pictures for you guys but the file size from my phone is too large.
I’ve had that same problem with my pictures. I’ve had luck by cropping the pictures, then take a screen shot of the cropped picture.
The has worked for me.

Well, the first weekend has come and gone. Seems that my shooters have moved off of corn, and are on acorns. Not surprising. Now just trying to figure which oak tree, out of the literally hundreds on this 288 acres to set up on.
