Former Raiders player, Kentucky football legend Rodger Bird dies at 76

Mr. Bird, as a Raider was one of the first pro players I followed as a kid, because of his stellar career at UK.

Kentucky Wildcat Rodger Bird on the cover of the Street and Smith's 1965 Yearbook.

His very first play as a UK Wildcat, he returned a kickoff for a touchdown. Here's a link to a video of it posted by UK Football on twitter.

Bird was a great player. RIP Sir.
