This was a great game. Believe Knox was down by as much as 12 in the fourth before they came back. Several key missed free throws by Harlan County gave Knox a chance to get back in it. Knox by far had the worst draw and managed to win it. Best North and South Laurel who were favored and teams that had beat them prior.

Says a lot about the job Coach Patterson did this year with that bunch. Hadn’t won region one 50 years prior to last year and now back to back.

Lost four starters, three of their top 5 scorers, and their top 3 rebounders. Nice season they’ve had.
