StraightShooter
Only high school game in town thanks to the Freedom. Nice win for the Raiders against the #1 ranked Colonels. It was an error-free game played in rain during the last 3 innings. Ryle pounded the rock pretty good in several innings and looked very sharp. Krumps was a little ticked about a failed suicide then corresponding called third strike. Isler went the distance for Ryle and his control finally was good during the last 3 innings. Shumate, Arnzen and a pitcher who recorded the final out threw the pill for the Colonels. Conner Hempel went yard with a man on in the first inning. I guess the good was Ryle, the bad was CovCath and the ugly was the weather for the last 3 innings.

Clyde
Good for the Isler kid. Glad to see him having success. Sounds like Shumate got roughed up a bit. I'm sure Krumps was ticked off by more than just the failed suicide.

Clyde
Not that this stopped Ryle from scoring 10 but I did hear CCH played without two of their better offensive players in Lankheit and Reese. If you made me guess I'd say Krumps would call Severson his "ace."

Solomon
I thought I read in a previous thread that Freedom is now charging schools to play there. Does Ryle pay to play there, or are they exempt?
katbird
I heard it was $750.00 a game..I guess the only teams you'll see playing there will be CovCath and whoever they're playing??

Colonels_Wear_Blue
Where are the wall to wall stats that I usually see when Cov. Cath wins? Theoldguy said earlier...he had to work. Win or lose, it's tough to keep stats when you're not at the game.
