Jake Liggett is a sophomore.

Couple of 2 out hits scoring 2 runs each were key for Conner. 1 in the 1st off Liggett & 1 in the 7th off Allen. Birds did a good job of fighting back and not quitting. Impressive double play ended the 7th inning rally by the Birds on a hard smash to 1B with runners on 1st & 2nd -- stepped on 1st and threw to 2nd w/ the tag applied for the DP.
