I would say the Atlanta Falcons, they just look like a lost team without Vick under center.

Ravens are in serious trouble without McNair. KC is looking very very bad.

Yeah, Boller is horrible. They should consider Leftwich. How long is McNair going to be out?

Is it about time for McNair to hang up the cleats?

I really enjoyed watching the Hard Knocks series, on the Chiefs.

Excellent insight and if they are in trouble, not because the coaches aren't intense and intelligent. If they can get the QB situation straightened out, they will be very good.

    I agree on all accounts.

IMO the Cleveland Browns looked the worst. With their best hope at QB being a rookie, and a lame duck head coach, the Browns aren't looking good this season.

I agree but that was expected. I would say that week one is too early to judge "who is in trouble".

Atlanta could be decent if they would have went after a good QB when they knew Vick was up the creek but they stuck with a known losing QB and what did he do? Went out and lost 24-3, to one of the worst D's last year the Vikings.

I thought Boller played pretty good last night in the short time he was in...and he played pretty good last year when McNair was out. I think Baltimore needs to play Raven football, which is run the ball and play defense. They can open the offense up a bit more and become more dynamic without completely abandoning their style...they need to be more like Pittsburgh.

It's really too early to say much after week one. You can't put too much stock in the first couple of games, so I look more at teams who were hit hard with injuries than bad performances.

St. Louis lost Pace again for the season.

The Bears lose two defensive starters for the season, and Rex Grossman didn't show anything to make me think he's a Super Bowl winning QB...even with the great supporting cast he has.

The Giants were hit hard with injuries...Eli, Jacobs, Umenyiora (sp?)...no season enders, but there margin for error is slim...if those guys miss games it will be hard for them to win and it will be hard for them to dig out of a hole.

The Patriots...maybe not this year, but future Patriot drafts might be slim pickings...
