    Love it.

Love it for the drama. LOATHE the amount of time it causes to take because they will use a timeout to advance each and every deadball that isn't leading to free throws. I think it was the Lakers game the other night where I decided to stay up to watch the end. The last 2 minutes took 20 minutes.

Love it. I think that every level should have it. I don't see an advantage one way or the other because everyone knows the rule when they step on the court the last few minutes.

Either way they call timeouts to draw up some silly play from full court. Makes the end of the game so much better but I can get why some basketball purist don't like it.

Going back right before the foul that left 1.7 left on the clock in the 4th. Does anyone else think that the play of getting the inbound and chucking the ball in the air is underused in basketball? The play is flawless...

I think they'd sometimes at least consider not calling a timeout. I said dead ball before, but really it's after any change of possession. I think they'd consider letting things play out on a rebound or something along those lines. You see that a lot in college, whereas you might see it 1 out of every 10 times in the NBA.

Why don't the Spurs put Duncan on Randolph?

Neal has had a long road to the NBA. OTL had a piece on him one day. Dude can flat out shoot.

I agree, I guess sometime you don't even get a chance to chuck it before you get the ball and they foul you but that is what I would do. It would burn off at least 2 seconds before it lands.

Yeah maybe 2 seconds if my mom threw it...I'm thinking more like 4 or 5. Plus it's nearly impossible to get a shot right off of the chuck if the other team happened to gain possession after the chuck.
