I thought the refs did a very good job in the 5a final. My only small complaint is the same one I had all year: late whistles. Seems to lead to alot of needless pushing and shoving when the plays are clearly over. overall I thought they did a great job!

We loved watching the game at Wku, much better than papa johns! I guess we got lucky and parked right next to the stadium in the garage and we were out within ten minutes of the final horn!

I don't understand this talk of too far to travel! As a lifelong Highlands fan, my dad and I (my uncle too before he passed) have traveled many, many miles across this state to see games! True fans go to the games if at all possible! Some of our best times have been driving to and watching games!

I will take the birds in a close hard fought game! This will be my 16th time watching the birds in the finals! Starting in 1975 at Western!

Back to the game, I thought Pulaski had some good skill players, but as most thought, they were unprepared for the speed of the birds! Number 24 for pc looked like he deserved a few touches earlier in the game.

I am a huge birds fan, but lets give pc some credit! They did win their first regional title this year and got the first taste of what it takes to compete for a state title. Hopefully they will learn from this game, maybe upgrade their schedule and some day in the future will compete and maybe win this game!

Great game by the birds! Very nice crowd came up from pc too! I hope Pulaski's qb is ok. Now it's on to Bowling Green!! Last time I was there it was 1975!:banana:

Good question, but I have enough faith in the coaching staff to make those decisions. I do hope to see him more next week and hopefully the week after!!
