Playoff Player Ejections
bulldog6408 replied to Voice of Reason's topic in KY Football (High School)
All you have to do is have the head coach send the film to the khsaa and they will review and make a decision. Had a similar situation at John Hardin where a kid was pushed and while falling backwards his arms went up real fast and from the view of the official it looked like a retaliation. Mark brown sent the khsaa film of the play and the ejection was overturned. -

Do John Hardin and North Hardin need new coaches?
bulldog6408 replied to KyPreps1965's topic in KY Football (High School)
The board of education said that Hardin County schools ( Bluegrass, East Hardin, West hardin, JTA, and North Middle) weren’t allowed to participate in the kymsfa state football playoffs and they also banned them from playing games outside of the conference for reasons I’m still not exactly sure of. They didn’t even allow them to have a conference championship game last year but brought it back this year. Basketball and volleyball can still go play whoever they want though. Don’t make much sense to me -

Don’t worry about them plantmanky, being a middle school coach for as long as i have been the area coaches and myself appreciate what you and kymsfa do for us even if our admins at the school board won’t let us participate in the playoffs, some of my best memories are coaching in the region championships and also coaching in the east vs west game a few years ago! Thank you sir! -

John Hardin will be just fine, we’re having a down year it happens to everyone including John Hardin (2006, 2014 just to name a few).. coach E will be just fine... hopefully Fort Knox will get some armor units back and that will help John Hardin a lot as far as numbers. If the county don’t redistrict John Hardin will be 3a in the next alignment.... I agree some changes need to be made at central office though. They have limited middle school football to where teams can’t play anyone outside the conference and also banned the schools from participating in the middle school state playoffs.. -
Coach Adler is a top notch person and coach! I had the privilege of meeting him a few years ago at the east vs west middle school game. Great guy and I wish him nothing but the best.

Anyone at the game?

Pending the 3 way tie breaker with john/Moore/valley which I think John will end up the 3 seed but what are the chances that John Hardin goes and pulls out a win at Knox. It was just 2 years ago John went on the road the first 3 rounds and made it to the semi finals so I’m hoping that experience pays off for John Hardin this offseason

I played on the 2007 team and I like to tell myself we would’ve beat highlands but I agree with you we probably wouldn’t have beat them but was always just a play away from getting the chance to play them. Deff should’ve won in 2012

John Hardin 2005 lost to st x by 1pt and I fell like every class from 07 through 13 was good enough to win it all just couldn’t get over that bowling green hump

What's wrong with Hardin County Football?
bulldog6408 replied to Hardin County Preps's topic in KY Football (High School)
I don’t know how much truth is behind it but I had heard a rumor that Fort Knox command sent out an email to Hardin County schools telling them to be ready for a influx of students due to new units coming to Fort Knox. Again I’m not sure if it’s true or not but if it is that would help out John Hardin tremendously. Has anyone else heard this?
