  1. I heard Ryan Bowman applied. He be a good fit.
  2. What about coach Bowman and the Cougars. He's teams always seem to have sucess
  3. The Cougars look impressive on both levels! Their ability to apply pressure length of the floor makes other teams struggle to run anything. Very hard working team! Conner is a team to be wrecking with!
  4. My vote is Conner. From my understanding they're 11-1 thus far this year only losing to Cooper early in December. Saw them play Dixie and Campbell, tough team!
  5. I like coach Bowman from Conner. He always seems to find ways to win and his players always work hard for him.
  6. I heard Ryan Bowman was in the mix as well.
  7. Wow you really know nothing about coach bowman he has coach a more af a varity of levels and coached at two different program with winning seasons that invludes at ryle. The players and parents at ryle highly repect bowman. You are totally wrong. And if i can recall coach bowmans team made the jv finals ....where was blevins ??
  8. In know for a fact coach Bowman/Blevins are both ready for their chance. Both have demonstrated they have the ability to get there kids to play hard with passion and with class. I have followed both these two young coaches since the start and their isn't a program in the district that wouldn't be lucky to have them. Every year they seem to have successful seasons on the JV level; not because of the amount of talent they have but their ability to get results without much talent. Also just because someone has more varsity coaching experience doesn't make them more qualify for the position, it all depends on what the program is looking for. Not sure what you have against coach bowman and blevins but I'm for sure you don't know either of them very well and their varsity coaching potential. Anyone who has seen these two guys over the years, would agree.
  9. I disagree. Bowman has been coaching I think for 7 years in the district on all levels (middle, Fresh, JV, Assistant Varsity) with much success. Coach Blevins has been in the district for 4 years (I think) at Cooper. Both show a lot of promise in there style of coaching. I think both have plenty of experience to handle the pressures of being a head varisty coach. Bowman has been with two totally different programs and coaches, he was ability to adapt well to the different styles in order to have a successful team. Coach Blevins has demonstarted working through a program from the start. So I don't see how either of these guys couldn't handle the position, they both have proved to me that they can do it!! Just my opinion.
  10. Totally great both are great! I think they played ball at the same high school?
  11. In my opinion bowman and blevins are front runners in every job posted, any program will be lucky to have them!
  12. I believe coach Bowman would have the in at Ryle, considering he was there for 3 years and did very well.
  13. I think you're referring to the Conner job but from my understanding coach Hicks is staying for one more year.? I don't think he would pass up the opprotunity to be a head coach at a major program. Unless you know something I don't. ha-ah
  14. Personally I would like to see one of these programs take a chance on Blevins or Bowman both are great and I want to see them have an opprotunity. I enjoy watching coaches with passion and both of those guys have it!
