Shame my Pioneers are down this year. This game usually is one of the most intense ones of the year just not this year or next from the look of things. Simon Kenton just did not have the strength or size to compete. Scotts' defense is very good. Scott was better on offense when they moved the ball around with more than two passes. That 3rd or 4th pass found the open man.

Wanted to know if it was true that Scott was still pressing in the 4th when up 40 points?

Seems part of the team wants to move the ball around outside and inside, but they have bigger issues then that.

SK players moved well without the ball and players rewarded their team mates with nice passes for easy scores. Good hustle on D, Coach Steiner has them going in the right direction.

Anybody ever get any stats for this game the paper did not have any.

I agree with Tiger 1, Grant will bring much needed rebounding when he comes back and his inside game for his height is not bad. They should make it to regionals as a district runner up but that will be as far as they will go. Coack S just does not have the horses with this team.

SK will play scrappy but need to get a couple of the football players back to be more competitive. Barnes will have to carry the load along with Sorrell. Need to play with same intensity they showed in the scrimmage against CC to win.

I would happen to disagree. This is not a pro team where an entire area wants to read about that one team ,they want to read about their school or their kids or their grand kids school. They could care less about reading about one or two other schools on a daily basis. I don't remember reading much about Brossart, Campbell, SK, Scott just to name a few who made it into Reginals in a couple of differrent sports over the past few years. The Kentucky Post did a much better job than what we have seen since it ended circulation.

It is a shame that so many good teams and players can't have stories written about them, but it seems Ryan is infatuated with a certain school or two. It is also sad that he won't discuss this with anyone who will take the time to call him. He won't take the call and he will not return it either. We may need to take a collection to get gas money for him so he can drive further South , East, and even West.
