I have seen a few young players pitchers. Against Jackson City a young 8th grader now a freshman named Alex Hamilton pitched a 15 strike out cg. Then in the district tourney a experienced Dakota Richie pitched a 18 strike out cg shut out. Dakota is a senior and will be missed by his team. Alex has a lot of potential and has a wide range of pitches and a nice curve. Can't wait to see how he turns out.

I believe Breathitt will go back to the state this year, but it could be tough seeing as they lost most of the line to graduation.

What does everyone think about Breathitt County?

I think that is about right. Estill will win once again

Breathitt does have a team this year. They had to get the middle school to play. There is 2 8th graders starting and 2 freshman. They are a young team. They will only lose 2 seniors this year. They will be good for a few years to come but after the middle school comes through it will be a long time befor there will me another team.
