No, Two unsportsmanlike penalties is an ejection but no limit on personal fouls. A player can be ejected for a personal foul if it flagrant but that is the up to the officials to decide. For a basic explanation Personal fouls are physical in nature (Late hits, face masks, roughing fouls, etc.) and Unsportsmanlikes are non contact in nature (Tauntings, use of profanity, excessive celebrations, etc.)
