  1. Great WIN!!! I agree with the Lion's Coach on the postgame show when he said Raceland has gotten use to winning and they believed they could win no matter the score. Continue to play team ball , forget about individual stats, and the Rams will go far.
  2. As it was last year this game exhibited the best atmosphere in high school football. Both teams gave a great effort showed the kind of sportsmanship we can all be proud of and each refused to quit. Raceland can be proud they beat a 3A team that can make alot noise in the playoffs. May God bless both schools for the rest of year.
  3. Is that why it Beechwood thumped LCA in the Championship game last year? My bad they didn't thump LCA.
  4. That's right few words but the numbers 34-32 keep coming out!!!
  5. I look for a great game with a slight edge to which defense wants it more! Does Hayden still play LB? Last year I thought he did more damage on the defensive side than offensive. This year the Rams DB's are better and the guys up front are bigger and stronger. I 'll say Raceland 29-28 OT.
  6. :What Radio station in Lexington carries the game and will it be on the internet?
  7. That's right and what's great is that Bret and John Scott are the first to agree with you!
  8. Raceland 17/Fairview 0 with 46 sec till halftime
  9. #20 missed the 2nd.half after a shoulder injury near halftime, and #35 was out due to ?viral infection should know the status of both either tomorrow or Monday.
  10. Big confidence boost for the young Panther team. Since I'm an old Panther I went to this game because the Rams had an open date and it was a good one. Rowan is greatly improved from last year. Fleming was down by 18 and had kicked a FG but took the points off the board after a penalty (ruffing the kicker) then went in for the TD. After that it was a different Panther team defense was swarming and Fleming scored again and again all in the last 7 or 8 mins. of the game to win 21-18. #5 Cannon looked good on both sides of the ball, #26 for Fleming was a tough competitor also!
  11. Great job Rams on overcoming alot of adversity to get this win. Next week could be the best matchup in the state so be prepared physically, mentally and spirtually to get the job done again.:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
  12. Anyone think Paris was holding back last week?
  13. Way to go Big Play Benji intercepting with Paris threatening near the half
  14. Sounds like the Rams are mixing the run and pass very well!
