Central didn't even look like the same team as they have any of their other games this year. The offense could not get anything going other than the first drive of the game. Not taking anything away from Nelson defense but Central's biggest problem was themselves. Countless dropped passes and 4 turnovers are killer. If the rain played that big of a factor they better start practicing with the sprinklers on. Nelson's offense definitely got a boost from their returning players. Congrats to the Cardinals and good luck.

Exactly what I was trying to say. He's took kids here who were in the mindset thay they were going to lose and now they think they are going to win. This might sound like an easy task but turning around the kids, their parents, the community, etc. is not easy. Best thing though is the kids are having fun now and they have bought into Mike Lawson's positive attitude and are putting in the work to reap the benefits. GO BRUINS and thanks Mike Lawson.

Was at the game and it was a shootout. Central had trouble with Larue's rushing and Larue could not stop Central from passing. Central got up big in the first quarter capitalizaling on a couple of Larue turnovers and appeared to become relaxed and Larue came storming back.

I agree there are alot of unkowns here and tough games waiting for them but things may be heading in the right direction and alot of this in new territory for them. We'll have to wait and see Dawg Pound. I haven't seen them play but according to the paper your Bulldogs are looking real good again this year. Good luck.

Central Harding looked awsome in this game. They dominated on all phases of the game. JV started playing 5 min into the 3rd quarter. This is one Central's fastest teams ever. Very talented quarterback and good core of receivers.
