    Cueto???

They are downplaying it, but it usually isn't good when the pitcher leaves spring training to come see the doctor.

Tightness in his forearm first and then something with his bicep. Hopefully he gets a clean bill of health tomorrow but I am not counting on it. Leake might end up making the rotation after all.

Probably my fault for chiding over Wainwright. I'll take the blame.

Well, then I must go ahead and say it, just to be clear. I loathe the Cardinals.

Johnny Cueto was examined in Cincinnati by Dr. Tim Kremchek. Cueto had an MRIs of his shoulder and elbow.

“Everything is structurally fine,” Reds general manager Walt Jocketty said. “The only thing they found is mild inflammation in his shoulder. The recommendation of Dr. Kremchek is to shut him down until it subsides, then get him back on a throwing program.”

Pretty sure this is exactly how the Volquez injury started.

I'm not sure about that, but I don't like this at all.
