  3. Kentucky Will play Alabama Next Weekend for the right to go to the College World Series in Oklahoma City. I'm Sure East Carter/(Grayson,Ky's) own Montana Fouts will Pitch All the games. I don't know about everyone else but there is no Way I am rooting For Fouts and Alabama over UK. I don't care if she is from NEKY. I wouldn't root for her team if she went to Russell if she played against Kentucky.

  4. Franklin County has worked hard on fundraising to make some major upgrades to their facilities. Turf last year, and the weight room this year, track and surrounding areas in the next year. Hope this excitement continues to grow! Kids looked strong at the liftathon today! IMG_5206.mov

  5. Grego Scott is a current freshman lineman that transferred in from Western. Announced his transfer back in February which seemed to coincide with a lot of the "weird" going on at Evangel. Debo Jackson is another current freshman lineman who transferred to Evangel from Western. Saw back in February at some point where he retweeted a countdown to opening kickoff with some Eagle emojis added as personal flair, which I took as his transfer disclosure as well. Both were on the varsity roster for Western last year, but Western failed to report stats to the KHSAA all season. Both players tweeted abou

  7. I believe that is a new auditorium. I know they were going to do several building upgrades. Hopefully they upgrade bathroom and locker room facilities at Ryle, Boone County and Conner as well.

  11. After 24 years of making Kentucky (Lexington area) our home, we are moving to our new farm south of Montgomery, Alabama. I have loved Kentucky, especially as I love horses...bourbon, not so much. Grandkids have a certain gravitational pull, and our four are all in Alabama, thus we had the chance, and are taking it to move closer while they are still young. It is hard to think of leaving the great lifestyle here behind, but I will admit Mrs. doomer is ecstatic as we will live the closest to our daughter and her family. We leave on May 25th, and I assure you Kentucky and my friends h

  18. Does this mean Kylan has to give his diploma back? Saw him walk at graduation this past Saturday. This is huge for Mayfield, both Tre and Kylan will give them a great boost on both sides of the ball. Kylan played hurt for most of the season bothered by a nagging ankle injury that limited his production. Saw him couple of weeks ago and he looks good to go!

  21. By the way, went on my trip and absolutely no problem obtaining gas ($2.69 lowest, $2.99 highest). There were bagged pump handles, but no more than you would usually see. Did see a few stations with considerably higher per gallon prices than other surrounding stations.

  25. I went a few years ago when Augusta was really good. They played Bracken County and it was packed, competitive, and about a million degrees. Probably my favorite place in all of Kentucky!
