    Trimble Co vs Gallatin Co

Both teams are 2-1. This is a district game. Trimble comes off a 60-14 win over Eminence and Gallatin off a 68-8 loss against Frankfort. Last year's matchup in Warsaw saw a 52-20 victory for the Raiders. What do you think will be the outcome of this district game?

Trimble had better be ready, Gallatin has alot of athletes (Carlton, Brown and Florence) Look for the wildcats to put up alot of points. Will be a good test for Trimbles defense. Gallatin is also very well coached. Important game in the district.

    I will take Trimble 35-14.
Gallatin County has a nice team, but this is Trimble's year.

It will be a good game. But I think in the end Trimble's experience will win out. Trimble will move to 2-0 in the district and sole possesion of 1st place.

I will take Trimble in this one, the O-line will once again do a great job and Bird will have his way.Peters will also have a good game, the defense will step up and show just how good they can be.

Trimble wins. Line on both sides to big for GC. Say what you want about all your skill players, but, if you do not have blocking they go no where

We are quite proud of our line - not just offensive, but also defensive. We have give up a total of about 50 rushing yards in three games.

I hate to pick between my two friends on BGP but I am going to have to pick Trimble (sorry Buttels) in this one. I think it is their year to win this one.

Good Luck to both teams and I hope there are no injuries either way.!

    No offense taken L1!!!

The Wildcats defense will need to step up this week. Coach Browning has said that all year, the Wildcats have gotten off to a slow start early in the games they have played. That can't happen if they plan on coming out of Bedford with a win.

The Wildcats will need to find a way to stop David Bird. 362 yards against Eminence. If I remember correctly, he had another 300+ yard game against the Wildcats last year.

An important game for the district no doubt!!!

I agree about no injuries. Play a safe game!!!!!!

I don't think it will be a blowout, it should be close till the end.

Trimble's Offensive line has been great most of the time, with big rushing totals in all games. They won't be able to take off any plays against Gallatin though. Defensively Trimble's line can be big or small. Don't they play a 135 pounder on their d-line? In the end I don't see Gallatin stopping the rushing attack the Raiders have displayed this year. Beginning to spread the ball a little better despite Bird getting gaudy numbers.
