Raceland's "Show Of Strength" Weight Meet

Raceland's Marcus Reed had the best "Pound for Pound" performance lifting 5.5 pounds per pound of body weight.

Scott County had the lifter with most weight lifted. It was over 1,000. The young man's first name is Mike, but I honestly don't remember his last name. Maybe someone can help out with that. Nice young man. He became pretty popular with the Raceland players.

Bench, Squat, Power Clean. Are those the 3 lifts used?

I wasn't there this year but in the past it has been, 1. Bench 2. Power Clean and 3. Dead lift.

Deadlift was taken out and squat added, so it was bench, squat, and power clean.
