    Raceland/Lexington Christian Academy Predictions

LCA is rolling and looking for revenge from last years second round playoff loss to Raceland. I think it will take Raceland's "A" game to win this one. Denton and Carver are still questionable for Raceland, and without them in the backfield and at LB's, it will be a very difficult task to beat LCA.

On the bright side Raceland's OL/DL has gained some much needed experience and are playing much better then a week or two ago. But, to win this one Raceland's defence will have to play a flawless game.

I'm hoping for the flawless play of Raceland, homer vote.

Raceland, as you said Ram will have to play THE game of the year in this one. LCA is one of the very top teams in the State in Class A. I am sure that the Ram coaches will have them well prepared to go into Lexington. I never make a pick on Raceland's games. I will say that that the Eagles are LOADED on both sides of the ball and are very well coached. Imo Rains is one of the very best. Raceland certainly can win this one but it will as you stated take an all out effort by everyone. This Rams team is a very young one and LCA will be the best team that Raceland will play this season untill and unless we advance deep in the playoffs.

Here is to Raceland's Rams in putting it all together - one team, one goal for a win at LCA Friday night.

LCA is going to run away with this game.
    Could be pretty ugly......

I was pretty confident right before last year's playoff game...

Plus, it appeared that LCA thought the 2nd half against Lloyd would be smooth sailing, and look what happened....

OldRambler, you may be on to something regarding your unwillingness to make a pick about your favorite team.

That is just a personal policy with me. Superstition I guess. I didn't last season ans the Rams went 11-2 with a district title and they are 2-1 so far this season. Me not picking any of our games has me at 13-3. I think that will stay with it.

I'll say what I always do. I am of course pulling for a Ram victory and I hope that Both teams stay injury free.
Good luck to LCA after Friday night.

LCA is awfully talented. I say LCA by at least 21.

I have seen LCA play and they are very talented. I dont know much about Raceland, but they will have to play very well to win. Good luck to both teams.

    LCA by 28

I think LCA has to much speed and Raceland has a few key players out of the ballgame. This will be a much closer game in November IMO.

This should be a pretty close game. A whole lot closer than a lot of you think.
    Raceland by 6 IMO.

Not so sure Raceland will be the best team. I still think Raceland and Fairview are pretty equal. Fairview had 5 turnovers Friday and only got beat by 8. Would love to see a rematch in the playoffs.

You ain't the only one who would want to see that rematch.

I think LCA wins at home. Depending on the health issues on both teams and if LCA puts together four quarters, the winning margin could be anywhere from 1 to a lot of points.

Isn't the winning margin usually anywhere from 1 to a lot of points??
