From the rakings out today from Cantrall, Franklin Co. is ranked higher than Boyle. North Bullit is ranked slightly lower than Boyle. Lafayette has beaten both of these excellent teams. I wouldn't exactly say they played a cupcake schedule.

I think Boyle Co. will come up with their first win this Friday night, I think they will put it all togather. Go Rebels.

Didn't you know Boyle County is the only team playing a tough schedule this year

By far tougher than Lafayette's schedule. Does anyone take the Cantrall rankings seriously? Run up the score on someone and you jump in the polls.

Probably due to the poor condition of the field last year. I can't remember exactly how many we had to move for that reason.

Boyle's field was not suitable for play last year when the game was scheduled to be played at their place. This is the year for Lafayette's scheduled home game. Same thing happened last week. i.e. Boyle played at Danville 2 years in a row.

I like this score, I think I will copy it

No Lafayette's schedule hasn't been tougher (except they held one of the top offenses in the state to 6 points and one of the best RB's in the state to under 40 yards) but too many Boyle County fans are using a tough schedule to explain an 0-3 start. Lot's of other teams in the state have had a tough schedule so far and have managed to win some games.

At some point they need to quit blaming their schedule and start winning some games.

Thanks for informing us MH...I guess strength of schedule shouldn't be mentioned when previewing an upcoming game. I'm sure the preperation for Bowling Green, Henry Clay and Danville won't affect the Rebels when they face the Generals.

They're not going to start winning this week. Lafayette wins 35-17. I talked to one of their players and they feel like they're the most underrated team in the state. He had a point.

If Boyle underestimates Lafayette, they will get it handed to them. Lafayette is a poised, physical and veteran team. They get a lot of folks to the ball and punish the runner. Boyle may well be the (?)best(?) 0-4 team in the state after Friday evening.
