Pulaski County has a great one in Brakota Smith. He is the younger brother of former Maroon LB Blake Gumm. This kid has all the tools to be the best ever out of that school. Not only is he a great atlete, he's an outstanding student, & just an outright nice kid.

Samuel Simpson is receiving a lot of attention for many colleges. My understanding is that he was a guest of the Tennessee Volunteers this past weekend.

He has the size (6'4"/265) and smarts (son of a coach) to be a top recruit in the Class of 2009.

In SEKY two of the better ones are Armfield (OL) from South Laurel who I get to watch nearly every week and the Harbin (DL) kid from Bell Co. Both have good size and are really good athletes.

The Danville line are all Juniors and will all be good at the end of this year and the next.

Jesse Hayden from Corbin is having a good year. He is 6'2" and weighs 300 lbs. and moves well for that size.

Tyler Rollins at Williamsburg is having an outstanding year. He's one of those tweener kids at 6'1" and about 240, but has a motor that doesn't quit, and is nasty.

SL has some good ones, especially with Aaron Vaughn and company on the o-line. And also that noseguard is big. I've heard 6'4/300+. #76 or something like that. That o-line has been giving Ricky bowling some time to throw it

Seth Tepe of COV CATH is improving each week. With a great off season, he can be a dominant OL in NKY next year.

What about KJ Little for the Grant County Braves? He is extremely tough and all teams they play seem to avoid him like the plague.

I agree with him and their right tackle with big offseasons Cov Cath can be one of the most dominant O lines in the state

Isn't Chad Shadler, 6'6" 2-much, a JR? CovCath has a very large and apparently young O-Line. Prospects for next year look very promising for Park Hills.

I second that. Seth gets my vote plus he is a GREAT kid and his dad is one of my favorite people. I only hope Seth realizes his potential. Being 6'6 320 he has every opportunity to get a free $100,000 education. If Seth can realize this and lose about 20lbs and improve his agility, strength, and speed he will be flat out a man among boys.
