1. John Hardin (27-3): The Bulldogs suffered a five-point loss to Marion County but hold on to the top spot in the 5th Region. John Hardin is set to face North Hardin in the semifinals of the 17th District Boys' Basketball Tournament.

2. Elizabethtown (23-2): The Panthers are riding a five-game winning streak into the postseason. After defeating both LaRue County and Bullitt East during the final week of the regular-season, Elizabethtown will face Central Hardin in the semifinals of the 17th District Boys' Basketball Tournament.

3. Marion County (20-7): The Knights are on an eight-game winning streak after knocking off East Jessamine and 5th Region frontrunner John Hardin during the final week of the regular-season. Marion County is slated to face Taylor County in the semifinals of the 20th District Boys' Basketball Tournament.

4. Bardstown (21-8): Following two straight losses, Bardstown recovered to win back-to-back games over Taylor County and North Hardin. The Tigers will face the winner of a Bethlehem/Washington play-in game on during the semifinals of the 19th District Boys' Basketball Tournament.

5. LaRue County (18-8): The Hawks suffered a pair of losses during the final week of the regular-season, falling to Elizabethtown and Warren Central. LaRue County is set to face Caverna in the semifinals of the 18th District Boys' basketball Tournament.

6. Central Hardin (13-14): The Bruins split games during the final week of the regular-season, beating Breckinridge County before falling to Meade County. Central Hardin is slated to face Elizabethtown in the semifinals of the 17th District Boys' Basketball Tournament.

7. Campbellsville (14-13): The Eagles carried a five-game winning streak out of the regular-season after claiming victories over Green County and Nelson County. Campbellsville is poised to face Adair County in the semifinals of the 20th District Boys' Basketball Tournament.

8. North Hardin (12-17): The Trojans ended an up-and-down regular-season by winning two of three games during the final week. North Hardin has the tough task of facing John Hardin in the 17th District Semifinals.

9. Taylor County (14-16): Following losses to Bardstown and Henry Clay, Taylor County managed to defeat Green County in a regular-season finale. Now, Taylor County must face Marion County in the 20th District Semifinals.

10. Hart County (13-14): Gaining momentum during the final week of the 2019-20 boys' high school basketball regular-season, Hart County defeated Edmonson County and Adair County for back-to-back wins. The Raiders will face Green County in the semifinals of the 18th District Boys' Basketball Tournament.

11. Nelson County (11-19): On a five-game losing streak, Nelson County dropped matchups to Bullitt East and Campbellsville during the final week of the regular-season. The Cardinals are set to face Thomas Nelson in the 19th District Semifinals.

12. Adair County (13-17): During the final week of the regular-season, in between losses to Washington County and Hart County, Adair County defeated Caverna. Now, Adair County must face Campbellsville in the 20th District Semifinals.

13. Thomas Nelson (10-18): The Generals split a pair of games during the final week of the regular-season, topping Owen County prior to falling to Spencer County. Now, Thomas Nelson will look to pull off a win over nemesis Nelson County in the postseason.

14. Fort Knox (9-18): The Eagles' season ended with a loss to North Hardin in the play-in game of the 17th District Boys' Basketball Tournament at John Hardin High School on Sunday.

15. Bethlehem (10-19): The Eagles fell to Spencer County and Holy Cross (Louisville) during the final week of the regular-season following a victory over Brown. Bethlehem will face Washington County in the play-in game of the 19th District Boys' Basketball Tournament.

16. Washington County (5-25): Faring well in the final month of the regular-season, Washington County won two of its last three games, defeating both Adair County and Green County.

17. Green County (5-20): The Dragons exited the regular-season on a six-game losing skid following losses to Campbellsville, Washington County and Taylor County.

18. Caverna (5-22): Continuing to slide, Caverna dropped games to Warren East, Adair County and Metcalfe County during the final week of the 2019-20 regular-season.
