NKY Heat 17u is playing in the King of the South tournament in Nashville this weekend. They lost the first game to a good Charlotte Court team by about 10 points. They rebounded with an impressive 20 point win over Music City Ballers. They play Tennessee Edge tonight at 9:30.

Saw some of the action at Landmark today. KY Elite 16s lost to a team from Ohio. Good game for most of the game.

Any word on the big boy that went down hard and left in an ambulance?

Saw Cooper's Louis Maniacci play twice today. He showed well. He needs to take advantage of his ability to outrun most big men and beat them down the floor consistently. He was aggressive on both ends.

I assume #1 for KYA All-Stars 17s is Tamron Manning. Impressive.

Looking at some of these rosters is it safe to assume most of these teams don't get full practices in based on the geography for some of these kids? How much do most teams practice per week and how often do they get a full practice in?
