raiders2120
What an extremely disappointing way to lose that game. If Ryle plays the way they did the second half (minus special teams lol), they are a pretty dangerous team.
StraightShooter
Congratulations to Cooper on breaking the 9-game losing streak. It really was a tale of 2 halves. There were some outstanding football players going at it tonight. I think Ryle had 5 turnovers but kept battling. On to Highlands.
JUGGSPORTS
Jacob Savage was phenomenal the entire game. Played both ways and was a beast the entire game. Good luck to Ryle the rest of the year.
futurecoach
Two great football teams went at it tonight. So many top players for both teams. The guy that made the biggest difference tonight in the game was Cam O’Hara with some of the plays he made with both his legs and arm. Best QB in the state IMO. He literally can make every throw, and has the ability to extend plays with his legs and put the ball exactly in the right spot while on the move. He is so fun to watch. Ryle’s QB Nate Verax as I mentioned earlier this year is going to be a guy looked at as a top 3 QB in NKY by the end of the year. He missed some throws in the first half, and had a few turnovers. However, he also made some really good throws and can tell he is going to be a stud the more varsity experience he gets.

I agree on O'Hara, he jumped out as special tonight.
Mr. Sixer
Great Win for the Jags!! Cooper will never be as big Ryle in the trenches however the weapons that the Jags have at the skill position gave them the opportunity to “find a way” to make plays when they needed to and come up with the W. Special teams and the Cooper Defense came up huge for the Jags tonight and helped seal the game! Proud of the Jags tonight and good luck to the Raiders the rest of the season. On the Campbell Co.

Cooper knew Ryle was going to bring the house tonight and Cam used his legs to avoid much of pressure and deliver bb’s on the run and keep the chains moving. There’s a reason he’s the #1 player in Ky in the class of ‘26.

I don’t think they are questioning that anymore with him. He is the real deal. Smart player, with a big arm, and can make plays with his legs too. Both teams have solid defenses, but he truly was the big difference last night.
theguru
The Ryle Raider Sports Network threw a little shade Cooper's way: Well... as the saying goes, Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once every 10 years!
hrcarrier
I figured this would be close and that Cooper would likely win. Cooper is going to be very tough to beat in 5A and I think Ryle is going to be tough to beat in 6A too.

Solid “trolling”, I suppose…but, “What have you done for me lately”? An impressive head-to-head run for the Raiders, no doubt…2024 season, Jags 1 / Ryle ZIP - best of luck to both teams the rest of the way.
