St. Xavier vs. Madison Central Predictions/Updates

The 10-3 Indians make the trip west to take on St. X in the second 6A Semifinal. The Tigers are 12-1, their only loss coming to undefeated Male back on September 3rd, and will look to advance to their first title game since 2017. Can Madison Central pull the upset, or will we have another all-Louisville 6A Final?

As much as I would like to see Madison Central earn a state title game trip, I just don’t think they have the horses to beat the Tigers.

Don't know a lot about Madison Central, but if St. X takes care of the football they should be in good shape.

Besides the fumbles, X was phenomenal against Daviess.  If they continue to play that way thus game will be no match.

Madison Central is a running team and that plays into St. X defense strength. I think this is closer than Daviess County game but the Tigers get the win by 21.

MC has some size on both sides of their line, but I'm not sure how physical they are. #4 for MC looks to be a good player on defense for them. I can see St. X having more methodical offensive drives this week than last week against DC. I'll go with the Tigers 33-7.

Madison Central probably the best non-Louisville 6A team, but they won't be able to do much offensively against X.  St X 28 MC 0
