swamprat 2,465 Posted January 7 Mike Lupica needs to stick to sports books. I love the Jessie Stone series and this book may have killed it for me. It was worse than awful.
Tones 291 Posted January 8 Finished the Jack Reacher series (took 3 years) last week. Will probably read all the Sigma Force series (James Rollins) books that have come out in those 3 years as well as the Cotton Malone series (Steve Berry) that came out during that time. A part of me wants to set a goal of reading The Brothers Karamzov by the end of the year, but starting that book terrifies me.
The Raven 21 Posted January 19 Just finishing up CHAOS: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties. Really interesting read, but it raises more questions than it answers.
