Hurricane Paulette

Recommended Posts

Paulette becomes the 16th named storm of the season. During the most active hurricane season in recorded history, 2005, Philippe formed on September 17.

Tropical Depression 18 is right on Paulette's heels and is expected to become Rene within the next 12 to 24 hours.

There is also a tropical disturbance southwest of Bermuda that could form and head into the east coast.

The strangest year continues...

It looks like the disturbance in the north Atlantic west the Azores consisted of the remnants of Paulette and has reformed as a tropical storm.
