Sacred Heart in a close one. I believe S. Laurel matches up well, especially now with the big in the middle able to play.

South has 6 losses this season but those were all without their 6’2 center who didn’t become eligible to shortly before the post season tournaments. In addition they’re coached by a fellow that’s already won two state titles. As the saying goes, “he’s been there and done that.”

I think this will be a close game.

Coach Chris Souder is a winner (500+), no doubt and two titles with Mercer Co. I think this is South's first trip to the Sweet 16 since 2008. It would be great to see more of the Laurel Co./South Laurel tradition return to Rupp.

Between this game and last night's Anderson Co./Franklin Co. game, I feel like I got my money's worth from my NFHS video subscription package.

Exceptional skill and hustle on display today.
