neilman1234
Stupid question: Is this game played with full intensity or is it more like the NFL Pro Bowl style of play? Kind of surprised this is still a thing now with concussion issues at the forefront.

rjs4470
The kids play hard but only get 3 days of practice. And more than a few of the top guys elect not to play. There are a few rule modifications as well. It’s still a fun event for those involved, and for a lot of these guys, will be the last time they step on the field as a player. UK#1fanisback
It is my understanding that this game is on Thursday night June 7th at Dixie Heights HS. I’m assuming kickoff will be at 7 or 7:30pm. I have been told that one team will have players from SK, CovCath, Highlands and other schools. The other team will have players from Ryle, Beechwood and other schools. Can anyone fill us in on what other schools will be on each team? Please include coaches for each team if known. The game will be played at Scott this year.

White Lightning
My apologies. Yes, the game is at Scott High School this year. The first email we received said it was at Dixie. I confirmed this evening that it is at Scott.

Almost all of these players are kids are playing the game they love one last time. If you need your football fix, it is a good game to watch and enjoy live football action. HC_INDIAN_Crossback
It is scheduled for Scott High School at 7pm on Thursday, June 7th. West Athletes are practicing at Cooper 5 to 7 each evening. Holy Cross has (4) players Dylan Couch, Sebastian Baker, Jason Russell, and Dominic Hassert. Rumor has it that some of the big names (like Mayer) are sitting out. Cannot blame them - heck, they may have some stipulations forbidding play like this once they commit.

My son was permitted to play, but only to kick and attempt no tackles no matter the situation. When I played in the very first game many many years ago, there were guys with full rides to UK that were permitted and actually did play in the game.
