Truth is probably somewhere in between. The restaurant probably was a little quicker with the boot since they were wearing Trump gear.

Can a restaurant refuse service for any reason other than race, sex, religion etc?

Could a black person wearing a Black Lives Matter hat get kicked out of an establishment that serves an almost all white clientele?

Could a white guy wearing a KKK hat get kicked out of a soul food restaurant?
