I have a feeling that Jim Schue has scratched Arkansas off his vacation destination list!

Back in the day I used to make yearly vacation trips to Texas. After the first one, I went out of my way to avoid traveling through Arkansas. What a hellhole. And my favorite is Texarkana, where you can find the absolute worst of each state.

With this new knowledge, I can safely continue my boycott of the Diamond State.

Is Arkansas known as the Diamond State, too?? I've never heard it referred to as the Diamond State. My home State of Delaware does officially count "The Diamond State" as one of it's nicknames, given to it by Thomas Jefferson, because of it's "jewel among states" because of it's location.

It's not officially called that, but you still see Arkansas referred to that way because there are places where you can go and dig for diamonds.
