Why is Cordia No Longer Listed Under 14th Region on KHSAA Site?

Anyone know why Cordia is no longer listed as a 14th Region team on the KHSAA website?

 

They are now listed as an independent with Christian Fellowship. Is this just something for tournament time or what?

Not sure I ever knew all the details, but weren't they limited to a certain number of games...and no post-season? That would take them out of the mix, as far as region standings, etc. would go.

I figure it's something like that but they were listed in 14th region all season

I think it is associated with them not participating in the post season.

That was my thought as well. The two teams not competing in postseason play may not be considered part of any region.
