I will predict a 6-4 Mark and a birth in the playoffs

Real good number of good kids coming back...a few of their linemen were BIG old boys and you could tell just hadn't played a lot up to last year -- will get a LOT better with just a LITTLE more experience.

 

Will be tough to replace a VERY hard-nosed RB...and that's needed for that system; but I know Coach D down there does a good job developing kids in the off-season so someone will emerge.

 

Having a QB that can throw and hurt teams will add a little different dimension to them from what they had last year.

 

Trust me, a lot of teams in our district will be watching Harlan VERY closely all year. I predict a team that will finish a LOT stronger than they start out. Donahue is a great "technique/fundamentals/DEFENSE" coach...those guys usually do pretty well once they've got some experienced kids.

We got a kid to transfer from South Oldham yesterday. If he ends up staying he should be a great addition to the team, but like you all said it will be hard to replace Teddy Thompson.
