I guess we all knew this was coming. I think its the best $25,000 the university has spent in a while.

How is it possible to stop thousands of fans with a few security guards??

UK just raised ALL ticket prices by $5.
    So for the Louisville game:
    $5 x 70,000 fans = $350,000 extra money

Writing a $25,000 check won't hurt the University of Kentucky.

Did everyone see how quick those field goal posts came down??? Fans didn't even have a shot at them.

Why even levy a fine, if it for only $25k. It seems like the SEC is tacitly endorsing that activity by this small amount.

I'm pretty sure thats a 1st offense amount. Goes up with the number of infractions.

John Clay reported on his LHL blog that Tom Leach's son suffered a broken arm when the fans rushed the field after the game.

Now do we pay this in installments or in a lump sum? These are the things that I think about...

$25,000 is the second offense penalty. UK's first offense came last season against Georgia. That fine? $5,000.
