    The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed?

    I believe they were talking about the conference's they enjoy watching though, not who they thought was the best so it's a really just a matter of personal preference.

    I agree, they give everything they have on every play. I also enjoy watching the NAIA schools.

    Guy gets into heaven. Sees an old man in a houndstooth hat walking on water. "Is that Bear Bryant?" He asks Saint Peter. "Naw" Pete says, "that's God. He just thinks he's Bear Bryant."

    1. SEC because it is the SEC => great quality of college football.
    2. Big 10 => quality teams and tradition
    3. Big East => U of L vs. W.VA. and for the Thursday TV games...
    4. Pac 10 => for the USC and UCLA cheerleaders... games in the LA collosuem, Rose Bowl...
    5. Big 12 => Nebraska and Texas...
    6. Mountian West => for the blue turf on TV...

    Gotta agree with Hearsay's comments re. "lower-division" football. I love watching those playoff games.

    You are correct about that one. The lack of defense in the Big East by anyone not named Cincinatti has made that conference a lot of fun to watch.

    This tells me you know very little about the Big East. South Florida and Rutgers are outstanding defensive teams as well. Louisville has had a top 40 defense the last 3 years as well.

    You are right. I did miss out on Rutgers. S. Florida, I don't know so much about them. As for UL, a top 40 defense isn't that impressive. Its okay, but not elite. As a whole the defense in the Big East simply hasn't been impressive. WVA and UL this year have offenses as good as anyone in the nation, but are way ahead of their defenses.

    If none of those are playing, I will watch anything else that is on except the Big 10...I'll go volunteer to mow all my neighbors' yards before I will watch 99% of Big 10 games...
