They also had a player named either Hoskins or Hosket that lit the Cats up from long range, mostly around the top of the key. He's the one I rememeber making huge shots in the final minutes of the game.

Interestingly enough, I think people are actually still selling Josh Harrelson short after now reading most posts. Foul Trouble will be key for Josh to avoid, but in terms of this upcoming game he has two goals. One, simply keep the other team's big guys from going off on us and Two, be in the right spot at the right time offensively. No he isn't going to create his own shot often against Sullinger, but he can definately put up 10 or 12 points by simply being there when his defender leaves him to double someone else. Defensively, Josh just has to play big and cut off the lanes. Hook shots and turn arounds might happen, its the easy up and arounds or blow by dunks he needs to stop.

If Josh can pull off this one he may move past Andre Riddick, Tony Delk, Mashburn, Tayshaun, Patterson, and Sean Woods, into my #1 Unforgettable player of all time.

I think UK can play with OSU, but they will need to put together a complete game and hit on all cylinders. I would be shocked if they throw in a clunker. Hopefully, we'll be right there at the last media timeout. Go Big Blue! Anyone going to NJ?

If you don't count "The Lost Years" (a phrase I use in reference to the Clyde era), UK's last 1st round exit was to the Buckeyes.

Hard to see any scenario where UK wins. If this is a Best of 7, OSU wins it in 5.

    Buckeyes by 12.

That's because UK fans are too confident.

In 96 Kentucky beat OSU in Cleveland this time if Ohio State goes out and plays their game they should return the favor bu 12-20 points.

Knowing Ohio State they will let the Kentucky name get inside thier heads and this game will be closer than it should be.

I am very encouraged by the Vegas opening line of four points.

Actually you also missed 1962 (Regional Final) and a 74-64 loss as well. But who's counting?

Actually it was painful. Cats were up by 1 and Buckeyes had the ball. Fouls to give but Rupp wouldn't foul them. Bucks sank jumper at or just before the buzzer. No Final Four for Dan Issel.
